Description of proposal
It is proposed to amend the endorsed plans of planning permit 201529926-6 to include a lower ground floor to Cabin 6 located in Parcel B of the study area (the ‘proposal’) and an external ramp that provides additional emergency access from the ground level of Cabin 6 to the shared pedestrian walkway located west of Cabin 6. The amended plans have been prepared by Interlandi Mantesso Architects (refer to drawing no.’s TP1.00 Rev K, TP1.01 Rev K, TP1.01 Rev C, TP1.02 Rev K and TP2.06 Rev D) (Attachment 2).
