Future Homes approved in Rosanna

A new Future Homes project has been granted planning approval in Rosanna, giving more Victorians the opportunity to live close to what matters most to them.

The three-storey apartment development will deliver 17 well-designed, liveable and sustainable homes, using a Future Homes ready-made design.

To meet program criteria, the project is located within 800 metres of Rosanna Railway Station and meets all location, design and sustainability requirements. It uses Future Homes Design B, delivering apartments that are better homes, better neighbours and better for the environment.

This is the third Future Homes approval in Victoria and the second in metropolitan Melbourne, following the approval of a project in Braybrook in June 2025. Together, these projects are helping speed up the delivery of high-quality homes close to transport, shops and services.
