53.22 Proposed redevelopment of the Albert Reserve Tennis World. This includes demolition works (including, removal of existing fabric to the Clive Fairbairn Pavilion, ‘the pavilion’), refurbishment/upgrades to the pavilion building, construction of a new building (including player amenities, player lounge, gymnasium, function centre and pavilion cafe), refurbishment of the existing car park, replacement of existing perimeter fencing, landscaping and all other ancillary works.
