S71 Correction: to make corrections to the following conditions - Condition 17 (Public Realm Plan) – Addition of early works (excluding bulk excavation and site preparation works) to this condition in accordance with the balance of pre-commencement conditions, allowing for the effective operation of early works mechanism within the permit. Condition 24 (General Amenity Provision) – Condition 24a has been absorbed into the main condition rather than as a sub-point.
