Description of proposal
Use and development of a utility installation and removal of native vegetation to facilitate works associated with the Derby Solar project located in Marong, and Leichardt, Victoria. The project requires planning approval for the upgrade of approximately 7.8 km of 66 kV power lines, including new and replacement utility infrastructure works. This includes the installation of 31 new wooden and concrete poles (approximately 14.5–18 m in height), and installation of 7 new ground stays. The works will also require the removal of 0.003 ha of native vegetation (GHU: 0.001).
