Description of proposal
53.22 To expand the existing Village Green Tourism Facility by increasing the accommodation to allow for an additional 114 guests (beds) and expanding the offering of sports/recreation facilities and infrastructure on the site. The proposed use of the land is predominantly a Tourism Facility comprising ‘Camping and caravan park’, ‘Group accommodation’, ‘Leisure and recreation’ (Minor sports and recreation facility) and ‘Place of assembly’ (Function centre). The proposal includes removal of native vegetation and buildings and works for a solar array and battery.
