53.23 Staged residential redevelopment of the former Presentation College site to deliver new housing. Stage 1 is for proposed use of an existing centrally located heritage building (St Mary’s College) as a restricted recreation facility. Stage 2 is for proposed new residential development within the eastern portion of the site, comprising Buildings A and B. Stage 3 is for proposed new residential development within the south-eastern portion of the site, comprising Buildings C and D.
