Description of proposal
53.22 Subdivide Lot 1, currently owned by Origin Energy Power (Origin), to realign the boundary with Lot 2 and incorporate the MTS Extension Area. The proposed MTS Extension Area is currently part of Lot 1. Upon completion of subdivision and boundary realignment, ownership of the MTS Extension Area will transfer from Origin Energy Power to AusNet Transmission Group Pty Ltd. Creation of a carriageway easement on Lot 1 to provide access to the MTS and MTS Extension Area (Lot 2).
