Description of proposal
S97I Amendment: amend conditions governing wind turbine and shadow flicker (update condition 15, broaden the scope of Conditions 16 and 23, make consequential amendments to conditions 38-39, delete condition 17, clarify in condition 22 that shadow flicker requirements apply to dwellings existing at the date of the permit to align with modern permits, update condition 21 and make consequential amendments to condition 24 to modernise complaints procedure requirements and confine the permit's complaint process to matters other than wind turbine noise.
