S72 Amendment: amend the preamble and amend plans (amend the approved signage on the south-facing wall of the Arts & Learning Centre by incorporation of the internal illumination in the form of ‘halo’ lighting (note signage was previously non-illuminated) , altered lettering underneath College Crest and modest increases in dimensions, being an addition of 1.79 sqm to the College Crest and 1.99 sqm increase to the lettering underneath).
