Description of proposal
This proposal is to undertake the following works: * A Drystack facility that will store 208 boats of sizes from 7.5 m to 10 m long. Boats and other marine vessels including kayaks, stand up paddle boards and personal water craft are in 4 racks structures up to 4 levels high in a combination of open and closed racks structures. * Office and site amenities contained within the site * Trafficable areas and turning circle for forklift and deliveries * Appropriate parking on site * A boat launching and retrieval pad area for launching and retrieving boats and including lay-by pontoons * A boat washdown area onsite * Fuel facilities on site with pumps on site and on the pontoon
