Description of proposal
S72 Amendment: include a new condition (condition 72) which requires that a S173 agreement is to be entered between the owner and the responsible authority. Amend conditions 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 28, 43, 45, 46, 48, 53, 54, 55, 56, 58 & 65 to allow for demolition and temporary works to occur, prior to endorsement of plans and prior to the submission of documentation required for the substantive development under these conditions.
