Description of proposal
The construction of new telecommunications equipment on an existing facility. The proposed Telstra facility upgrade aims to improve NR3500 (5G) and NR850 (5G) mobile network coverage in the area and comprises the following: ◼ Reconfiguration of three (3) existing panel antennas ◼ Removal of twelve (12) existing panel antennas ◼ Removal of twelve (12) existing remote radio units (RRUs) ◼ Installation of five (5) new panel antennas, including three (3) new 5G AIR antennas ◼ Installation of seven (7) new RRUs ◼ Associated ancillary works within the existing Telstra equipment shelter
