An independent audit of Melbourne 2030 was undertaken in 2007 and completed in 2008.
The audit report provided recommendations on strategic and implementation priorities.
In May 2008, the Government's response to the Audit, Planning for all of Melbourne was released.

Planning for all of Melbourne was released in May 2008 as a response to the recommendations of the Audit of Melbourne 2030.
The report identified action priorities for planning for Melbourne, transport and traffic management, environmental sustainability and climate change, and urban growth.
