Description of proposal
Internal renovation of kitchen, family room, main bedroom, walk-in-robe and ensuite. replacing windows and doors to family room (same size). Replacing window in kitchen which faces an internal courtyard with a larger window and adding new window to kitchen on west side of existing house (slim line window with height at top of window at 1.7m above ground level - which is below fence line). Installing skylight to family room. None of the above is visible from street. Replacing front door and security door with upgraded doors (same vintage).
