Training programs

Foundation

Suitable for new users of ATS who have no prior knowledge of the system, these sessions are delivered online (using MS Teams) in small groups and a training environment is used where attendees access the system to complete activities and practice their skills.

The length of this program is 6 hours, delivered over 3 days.

Refresher

Suitable for users of ATS who have used the system previously and who have completed the foundation level training, this program is tailored to the specific needs of those attending. The session is delivered online and via demonstration so no limit on attendees. Attendees can opt in to use a training environment to practice their skills after the session.

ATS refresher training sessions run for 2 hours.

Forums

Forums are one hour sessions to provide updates about enhancements to the system and can include reminders about important functions. They are scheduled as required.

Our online training is available at any time and suitable for people using the Amendment tracking system for the first time, or to refresh knowledge about a specific function.

Each module covers a specific function of the system. New users should work through modules 1 to 10.
