S72 Amendment: amend the plans (to provide a new two (2) storey ‘food technology building’ above a basement carpark on the land at 737 Hawthorn Road, reduction in the amount of onsite car parking provision from the previously approved eighteen (18) spaces to twelve (12) and the removal of the paling fence separating No.737 to 739 Hawthorn Road.
