The following videos are suitable for users of the Amendment Tracking System (ATS) who are new to the system or who may require refresher training.
The videos are presented in modules that cover specific functions of the system. It is recommended that new users work through each module from Module 1 through to 10.

ATS Online Training Modules
Refer to the recording from the overview session held with ATS users in March 2023. Only available to member of the Schemes & Amendments Yammer community.
As well as providing an overview of the ATS Authoring application, we look at how the instruction list in ATS Tracking determines the content that is made available to edit in ATS Authoring. We also go through the numerous settings available in ATS Authoring and provide some general navigation guidance of the application. (Length: 25 minutes).

Using ATS Authoring, images are uploaded into an amendment document. Replacing an existing image is also demonstrated. (Length: 14 minutes)

Using ATS Authoring, we look at how users can compare content that has been changed throughout their amendment document, using the Versions function. We also demonstrate how to revert content to a previous version. (Length: 11 minutes)

Using ATS Authoring, we demonstrate how users can create a PDF of their amendment document. The Snapshot function is reviewed, and we also show how changes in an amendment document can be tracked when viewing a PDF. (Length: 6 minutes)

In this module, we demonstrate the Interim Publish function so that users can view how their amendment will look when combined with the master planning scheme. (Length: 14 minutes)

We use ATS Authoring to see how users can apply the Refresh Amendment Workflow process to their amendment document after they have been alerted to a change in their master content of the planning scheme. (Length: 10 minutes)
