Rezone the land at 2, 4, 6 and 8 Neill Street, 1-3 Nightingale Street, 73 Clarendon Street, part of 77-85 Clarendon Street and 87 Clarendon Street, Maryborough, owned by the Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS), to the Public Use Zone 3 (PUZ3) - Health and Community.
