Minister's decision

Changes to the planning provisions for 51a Douglas Street, Noble Park (Noble Park Railway Station precinct) were gazetted as Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme Amendment C233gdan on 8 June 2023.

Under Section 96J of the Planning and Environment Act 1987, the Minister for Planning directed that Greater Dandenong City Council grant a planning permit for the use of land for retail premises, construction of a residential building with commercial uses at ground floor, removal of native vegetation, creation of an easement, and a reduction in car parking requirements. Greater Dandenong City Council issued the permit on 13 June 2023.
