Description of proposal
Change to Condition 7 to be clear other works (eg: demolition, bulk excavation and site preparation works) can commence prior to the finalisation of engineering plans for works in the Coburns Road road reserve with suggested altered wording as follows: Before works start, excluding demolition, bulk excavation and site preparation works , detailed engineering plans (Functional Layout Plans) must be submitted to and approved by the Melton City Council. The engineering plans must show: (a) All proposed works within the road reserve as shown on the plans prepared by Cotter Reid Architects Drawings No’s TP001, TP002, TP003, TP004, TP005, TP006, TP100, TP101, TP102, TP103, TP300, TP301, TP400, TP500, TP701, TP702, TP703, TP04, TP705, TP706, TP707, TP708 dated 27 August 2021. (b) All proposed crossovers.
