Description of proposal

(VicSmart): The existing area within the complex is undergoing a minor refurbishment to introduce an additional office to support business needs. As part of these works, 2 x existing fixed glazing panes will be replaced with glazing doors to match the existing finishes. This office is located on Level 3, in the podium building with the subject façade set back from the ground level façade approximately 20m. This setback therefore makes it difficult to see from street level and would mostly be visible from within adjacent buildings. The existing use of the area will be maintained with no changes to activity or hours of operation. Required Building Works: - Replacement of fixed Glazing panels with glazing doors.
