Description of proposal
The works proposed as part of this application form part of the wider NELP works, however, have been required by necessity to extend beyond the current boundary of SCO12 and therefore require separate planning approval from the Department of Transport and Planning. Pursuant to Clause 72.01 (Responsible Authority for this Planning Scheme) the Minister for Planning is the responsible authority for administering and enforcing any other provision of the planning scheme as it applies to the use or development of land for the North East Link Project.’ As such, the responsible authority for this application is the Minister for Planning. This proposal seeks to make minor modifications to the access and layout of the existing Veneto Club car park. Upgrade to existing drainage and spill containment units are also proposed along the eastern and southern boundaries of the Site.
