Description of proposal
Section 72 amendment to the permit as follows: - Amendment to the permit preamble to remove 'multi-storey' and section 1 uses; - Amendment to permit conditions: 1, 5-7, 9, 11, 13, 15-17, 23, 25-26, 28, 32, 43 and 45; - Delete permit conditions : 10, 27, 29, 33 and 46; - Include new condition 27 relating to a construction management plan; and - Amendment to plans to include: Accommodate a revised land use mix (from residential to commercial); Respond to condition requirements of the planning permit; Alterations to design detail to improve the functionality and aesthetic qualities of the buildings; Retain the existing approved building envelope with changes internally and to architectural language and expression of the building, which responds to the new land use programme; Incorporate changes to enhance the public realm; and Alterations of access and car parking arrangements to suit the proposed scheme.
