Description of proposal

Pursuant to the Port Phillip Planning Scheme, a planning permit is required to: • Use the land for retail and supermarket purposes (Clause 37.04 – Schedule 1). • Construct a building or construct or carry out works (Clauses 37.04-4 and 43.02-2). • Demolish or remove a building or works (Clause 37.04-4) • Construct and put up for display advertising signage (Clause 37.04-5) • Use of the land to sell packaged liquor (Clause 52.27) • Create or alter access to a road in a Road Zone, Category 1 (Clause 52.29). • Provide parking in excess of the maximum parking provision specified (Clause 45.09 – Schedule 1).
