Description of proposal

s72 Amendment: a number of proposed amendments to the 'approved' development. - increase the height of the streetwall and podium, total gross floor area, proposed floor area ratio, office floorspace, number of dwellings, number of storeys, height of the rooftop plant and associated screen, tower setback from western boundary, extent of 'active' frontage and resident amenity and communal space. - retention and development of the existing 'Russell and Russell' building; - minor revisions to shape of tower envelope; - reduction in car spaces; - revisions to apartment layouts; - reduction in the number of apartments per floor; - revisions to ground floor layout; - revisions to architectural detailing and materiality; - consequential internal rearrangement of bicycle parking, waste, services and circulation areas.
