Description of proposal
s72 Amendment: to amend the endorsed plans (to remove the residential hotel component from the approved scheme, providing instead for a greater component of residential dwellings. The amendment is to develop the site with a mixed-use development comprising residential apartments, commercial tenancies, restaurant and a café. The proposal will comprise a total of 283 apartments varying from studio apartments to three bedrooms and penthouse style residences).
