s72 Amendment: To amend the permit preamble to remove remove reference to 'a building for the purpose of a café/restaurant' and include permission for four (4) additional Chalets within Parcel 2017. As a result the permit preamble will allow for the 'staged development of fourteen (14) dwellings (chalets)'. And to amend plans endorsed under the existing permit showing replacement of the café/restaurant with the four additional Chalets within Parcel 2017.
