s72 Amendment: to amend the wording of Condition 31 as follows: 31. The areas set aside for car parking in the building must only be used for the parking of vehicles by owners and occupiers of, or bona fide visitors to residential lots in the building and must not be operated as a public car parking facility. Currently Condition 31 requires the following: The area set aside for car parking in the building must be restricted to the parking of vehicles by owners and occupiers of, or visitors to, the building.
