S72 Amendment: amend conditions 14 a.(ii), 14 a. (iii) & 53. Deletion of condition 14 a. (xxi). Amend plans (extent of Basement 03 increased to the northern title boundary, an increase in the provision of residential car parking across Basements 02 and 03 from 120 to 129 spaces (9 additional spaces), residential bike parking removed from the street and relocated throughout the basement levels (total numbers remain unchanged), deletion of the bike lift from Basement 03 as it is considered unnecessary as there are other options, core configurations revised).
