Description of proposal

Item 1 - Installation of a single-sided Variable Messaging System sign to be installed on the brickwork of the facade at the car park entry of the Munro Street development. The VMS sign will be installed within a private property as per attachments titled: 1A-VMS installation, 18-VMS location and 1C-VMS floor plan. Sign specifications can be found within attachment titled "10-VMS P sign Details 04". Item 2 - We are looking to replace the existing sign as per the attachment titled "2A-PGS ID10 existing sign", that will include a dynamic space counter to better control traffic flow. The sign will be powered via Solar Power. Hard wired connection is not needed. The sign design will exclude the road closed sign as this is not considered essential. Sign ID 10 will be installed as per the attachments titled "28-PGS ID 10 birds eye view".
