s71 Amendment: Correction to Conditions 20 and 25 of the planning permit. Condition 20 - correction to be consistent with the approved Village Bell Preston Development Plan Section 173 Agreement requirements. Condition 25 - correction to requirement for report confirming SMP implementation to 'before each stage of the development is occupied' instead of 'before each stage of the development starts' as the report cannot be completed until the building/s are constructed.
