Description of proposal
S97I Amendment: for the permit to be amended to remove condition 2(p) given the additional assessments undertaken that confirm the wind farm is not a hazard to aviation safety and that aviation detection lighting system is not required at night time or in low visibility conditions. This will provide a net community benefit by reducing visual impact from the lights which are activated by the aviation detection lighting system.
