Description of proposal
(VicSmart) The existing cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating and this renovation aims to elevate the ambiance, attracting a larger clientele for in-house dining. The facade will have the addition of a window to the front seating area. The cafe will rebrand with a new visual identity, necessitating an update to the existing facade signage. Additionally, a low-height wall will be added to the existing outdoor seating perimeter for increased privacy and security.
