S72 Amendment: amend plans (introduction of a recessive sixth floor to an overall height of 21.85 metres, provision of an additional 4 apartments to a total of 65 from 61, provision of 129 resident car spaces (additional 1 space from the approved 128 spaces, refinement to the size of façade recesses in the podium and at Levels 3 and 4, a reduction in the size of the terrace area to Apartment 410, minor changes to detailing in the podium and changes to the upper-level parapet and balustrade design to improve slenderness and new pergola structures have been introduced at Level 3 and 5).
