S72 Amendment: amend condition 1 floorspace threshold reference from 380,000sq.m to 448,000sq.m and Insert a condition to require preparation of a quantity surveyor report for the Tower 5 parcel at detailed design stage. Amend the plans (refresh the staging plan, various built form envelope changes and the tower 5 site to change from a predominantly commercial use to a residential tower form with active retail/commercial activities at the ground plane).
