Description of proposal
s72 Amendment: amendments to the plans seeking the following amendments to the approved design: • Removal of Photovoltaic (PV) panels from roof of the modular building • Removal of rainwater tanks and associated rainwater tank plant screen • Removal of proposed entry signage and stone wall • Removal of windows along the southern and eastern elevations • Provision of new gateway to access western entrance Minor amendments to material schedule • Adjustment to existing footpath to the west of the modular building to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) • Changes to landscaping across the site to respond to existing site conditions and levels between the old sandpit meant to be retained and the modular building, including removal of the amphitheatre, eco-classroom and wall feature and amendments (removal) of the sandpit.
