Description of proposal
The use and development of the land for a solar energy and utility installation in a Farming Zone (FZ); Removal of Native Vegetation under Clause 52.17; and alteration of access (intensification of use) to a principal road network under Clause 52.29. The proposal seeks to use and develop the site for the purpose of a solar renewable energy facility with capacity of up to 4.95MW to generate renewable electricity and a 5MW/10MWh Battery Energy Storage System (“BESS”).
