Description of proposal
S72 Amendment: to amend the endorsed architectural plans under 201529926-11 to include an additional storey and make changes to the floor layout associated with the site (the ‘proposal’). This additional lower ground level comprises: • two bedrooms. • a kitchen. • a bathroom with an enclosed toilet and wash basin. • a dry skis room with an enclosed toilet and wash basin. • a living space. The proposal will create an additional dwelling on Parcel B, however it is the intent of the applicant that it is to be used as an extension of the existing dwelling. There are no additional car parking spaces proposed as part of this amendment application. The proposed understorey addition to Cabin 9 includes an external access point to the existing cabin.
