Description of proposal
Life Saving Victoria is planning to convert the land on the Western boundary of our building to a more practical use for Life Saving purposes, and use it to store our Trailers, and Vehicular equipment, and also bring in a couple of Shipping Containers for longer term storage purposes. This would require the area to be fenced off, and a driveway cut into the curb at the northern end. All vegetation on site were planted by Life Saving Victoria around 10 years ago, the proposed vegetation removal works should not require a permit according to Port of Melbourne Planning Scheme Clause 52.17-17 Table of exemptions - Planted vegetation.
