Description of proposal
The submission includes amended architectural plans and other supporting material associated with a Section 72 Amendment Application. Concurrently, we are seeking endorsement of plans and reports pursuant to the amended permit conditions. The proposed amendment generally proposes a change in use from residential apartments to purpose built student housing. A revised architectural expression is also proposed. Otherwise, the amended proposal has been formulated within the framework of the existing approval.
