Description of proposal
Propose to build a balcony on the north side of the studio and make a balcony over the existing entrance of the house and an external staircase to provide another access point to the upstairs of the main house on the east side. Also reconfigure the downstairs lounge, add an additional ensuite to an upstairs bedroom and remove one bedroom upstairs to increase the upstairs living area.
