What has the Minister for Planning determined?
The Minister has approved Amendment C199king to the Kingston Planning Scheme.
The amendment includes a:
- General Residential Zone
- Development Plan Overlay
Other provisions also apply to manage vegetation, environmental audit requirements and environmental constraints from a former landfill.
The planning controls make the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for considering the development plan required under the Development Plan Overlay.
