The Urban Development Program (UDP)
is an annual update on:
- the subdivision and estimated stock of residential greenfield lots in Melbourne's Growth Areas
- the construction and pipeline of residential projects of 10 or more dwellings in the existing built-up area of Melbourne
- stock and use of industrial land across Melbourne.
The UDP is a snapshot of stock as of December 2022 and covers development that occurred during 2022.
