Adding a new user

Current users of ATS Tracking can add new users to their planning authority group using the Manage Groups function.

  1. Select your user profile located at the top right of screen.

  2. Select Manage Groups.

  3. Select Add Member to give user access to the planning authority’s amendments.

  4. Enter their email address and select Add.

    1. Where the user already exists in ATS Tracking, they will be added to the same group. The new user should refresh their browser and should see the planning authority’s dashboard.

    2. Where the user does not exist in the system, you will need to enter their first and last name then select Add. This will email the new member a link to the system with instructions to complete their registration.

Deleting a user

Users of ATS Tracking can delete another user from their planning authority using the Manage Groups function. This is useful whenever a planner leaves the planning authority.

  1. Select your user profile located at top right of screen.

  2. Select Manage Groups.

  3. Locate the member to be deleted and select the Remove from group icon.

  4. Confirm the removal of the member by selecting Remove. The user removed will no longer have access to the Planning Authority group and any amendments initiated by the Planning Authority. The former user’s amendments will still remain on the Planning Authority’s dashboard, and it is recommended that you update the primary contact on each applicable amendment to ensure no communication is missed.
