S71 Correction: amend the permit preamble to reference the correct buildings and works trigger under the Mixed Use Zone (Clause 32.04-10) rather than the Urban Growth Zone (Clause 37.07-4) which is currently referenced. It is noted that the subject site was located within the Mixed Use Zone at the time that the original planning application was lodged in July 2024, as reflected in the planning report submitted as part of the original planning application.
