S72 Amendment: amend the plans (reconfiguration of basement level (e.g. fire tank rooms, fire pump room, storage cages), increased setback for apartments to south for Ground Floor to Level 5 (e.g. G.03 and G.04 set back of 3.85m in lieu of 2.88m, and 1.03 and1.04 set back of 3.72m in lieu of 2.86m), increase in living room area for Type 1B apartments including consequential extending out of glazing line, reconfiguration of stairs and lift core, deletion of above ground planter box in lieu of in-ground planting in north-west corner, change of material structure from external precast to internal columns and lightweight façade).
