Description of proposal
St Roch’s Primary School - Development of the land for partial demolition of the residential property and 1930's school building and the construction of additions to the rear and between the two buildings. Alterations are also planned to increase natural ventilation through the school buildings, provide additional break out learning areas and STEM Learning space in a constrained inner city suburban site.
