Description of proposal

53.23 A mixed-use development consisting of 256 dwellings and 327 square metres of retail on currently vacant former industrial land. The built forms will range from 5-8 storeys, arranged through four separate buildings in Block A, B, C and D. The buildings will provide ground level retail uses and activation towards the south-western corner of the Site along Separation Street within Block A with dwellings located across the remainder of the built form.
