Amend the plans (building has been raised to achieve an entrance level of 18.18m AHD to the main entry door, whilst maintaining in a ground floor finished floor level (FFL) of 17.98m AHD. Secondary exit has been retained at the existing RL of approximately 18.00m AHD due to head height clearance constraints beneath the existing car park structure) Condition Compliance: discharge conditions 3, 5, 6 & 9.
